So... it's been a very long time for me. I started using DeviantArt when I was in middle school to gain inspiration and to share my works with anyone that was willing to look. I was pretty shy about art and writing, even though many people that knew me thought I was outgoing. I sort of hid my creative workings away, because typically no one in middle school cared about art or poetry, and those that did only made fun of my work. I was flabbergasted to discover the wealth of love and positivity that I found in the DeviantArt community. Every single comment or like was a personal push to keep creating, to keep trying, because someone, somewhere thought that I mattered enough to take a second out of their lives to provide feedback. I began modeling when I was 14 (obviously not anything nude), and was finally able to begin creating the photos that I loved on DeviantArt. I've been modeling ever since, sometimes full time traveling and sometimes part time between work and school. Unfortunately, recently I've been in school full time and working. With the move cross country to a new state I haven't had time to clean my apartment, much less find other artists to collaborate with. It's been disheartening, and I feel lost a lot of the time. When I got on DeviantArt today it was to access my old art account so that I could find a poem to share with a new friend. I was greeted with many warm wishes on my profile page, and it really made my day. I should work much harder at updating this page. I have thousands of photos that haven't made it here, as I made the account after I had been modeling for a few years and I didn't take the time to get through the back log, much less post newer photos. I'm hoping that this will change soon.
thank you to everyone that follows me, or enjoys my photos, I hope to one day be the same kind of inspiration for others that I found when I was impressionable.
If you are an artist and would like to use one of my photos as inspiration, as long as I and the photographer get credit, please do so!
